HERBERT OLITSKY

PRESIDENT & FOUNDER

After Herb graduated from Temple University with a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, he put his skills to use in the field of biomedical electrical engineering. From there he moved to computer science, focusing on medical instrumentation. Eventually he founded his own business with the goal of helping organizations integrate computer hardware and software with all aspects of organizations’ operations.

He gains his greatest professional satisfaction from helping clients solve complex problems and providing the highest levels of expertise. And part of that is always doing things with a human touch and the highest level of integrity.

When he is not busy with HOCS, he loves playing with his grandchildren an occasional visit to museums and also continues to learn.

RICHARD SINNREICH

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Richie started his IT career over 20 years ago as an intern assembling computers, manning the helpdesk and working with clients in the field. Over time, he got his BS in Computer science and worked with all aspect of IT service provision.

A current focus of his work is designing cloud based and on-premises system using tools such as Azure, MS 365 and AWS to solve real world problems, improve productivity and address new and complex business challenges. He always works closely with clients and works on minimizing the disruption and downtime of any migration. At the same time, he looks for way to visualize new processes and technologies and find new ways to use existing technologies. And he does all this while managing a team spanning the country and multiple regions internationally to meet customer needs.

After hours he relaxes by cooking outdoors, smoking meat and barbecuing.

Chief Technology Officer

Aron started his journey at HOCS in 2002 as a Field Technician. He diligently worked his way up from repairing and installing workstations to overseeing servers and switches and then finally to designing and implementing infrastructure. In 2023, he proudly embraced the role of Chief Technology Officer, steering our technological evolution into the cloud era, particularly with the integration of Azure. His vision, dedication, and commitment to excellence echoes everything we stand for at HOCS.
Brian Dempster

Brian Dempster

General Manager

Brian comes to HOCS as a General Manager with over 35 years of extensive experience in IT Service Management, engineering, support, delivery services and process management. Brian spent 30 years at CA Technologies where he held various positions of increasing seniority, delivering and supporting horizontal IT Service Management services to CA business units, product teams and customers. Over the past 5 years since he has been working as a CTO/CIO for multiple software companies specializing in cloud migration, security, and compliance. At home Brian is a family man who enjoys exercising, strength training , fishing, and coaching youth sports.

ISAAC ALTMAN

CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER

Isaac came to HOCS just over 6 years ago with over a decade of experience with front line management. His most recent experience was at the intersection of technology and healthcare management. As the CSO, Isaac is acutely conscious of the challenges organizations face, and is committed to helping clients and potential clients craft solutions that help meet those challenges in an effective and economical manner.

After hours, Isaac is an EMT providing both emergency medical care and transportation to people with urgent medical needs. He also enjoys traveling with his family and seeing new places, and coaches his children’s soccer and baseball teams.

Joshua Aaronson

Director of Operations

Josh joined HOCS at age 17 while completing his bachelor’s degree in computer science. He has worked in several departments, gaining experience along the way. He now serves as our director of operations. Josh’s analytical nature teamed with his customer first attitude have brought improvements to our clients’ overall experience with support. Josh likes trivia, poker, and video games. Josh also likes to travel; his wildest trip included a plane, a car, an uber, a motorcycle, a train, and nearly 3000 miles of travel in the span of 2 days.

Paul Ferrara

Director of Support Services

Paul brings over three decades of support experience to HOCS. He is responsible for directing the strategic initiatives of our service delivery team. Part of his responsibilities also include staff coaching and development. Paul gained a majority of his experience working for premier accounting and telecommunication companies. In his spare time, Paul likes to travel with his family, is interested in photography, and cheering on the NY Islanders with his son.

Director of Finance

Tova is our Senior Controller. She comes to us with over 15 years’ experience in tech, finance and management. At HOCS she works to create processes and build teams to streamline business and bring more affordable and effective services to our customers. At home she enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs Tanzie and Teddy.

Scott Vogel

Director of Sales

Scott joined HOCS in 2023 with 20 years of technical sales experience. He gained most of his experience building and developing a sales team for a regional MSP in South Florida.  Prior to his sales career he spent 6 years in the US Coast Guard and served during the tragic events of 9/11. Scott’s attention to detail and process driven methodology provides a streamlined approach to exceed our clients’ expectations.

When Scott is not at work, he spends his time on his boat cruising the South Florida waterways.

SKENDER SUBRAHIMOVIC

Sales Engineering Manager

Skender has been with HOCS since 2014, bringing with him decades of experience in implementing and supporting software. His primary focus was on medical care systems, dealing with organization at all levels of technical capability, starting with organizations with no technology capacity at all. He brings all of this experience to bear as he and his team design solutions, create implementation plans and work with other team members to resolve issues for clients at all stages of technology capacity and implementation.

To de-stress Skender practices Tai Chi Chuan. He’s also an avid biker and will spend hours on a weekend biking in the woods, although he’s always careful to avoid the animals.

Kfir Zaisler

Procurement Manager

Kfir came to HOCS over 10 years ago with a background in all aspects of IT tech support. He started as a field then moved into in house repair service, and ran the service “bench”. He has grown the department which now has several technicians and support staff. The primary focus is getting repairs done efficiently and with minimal disruption to clients.

Kfir is a motorcycle aficionado who has motorcycles “in his blood”.

Dovie Weingarten

Professional Services Manager

Dovie has been with HOCS over 11 years. He started at the bottom working on all of the basic tasks that need to get done to keep systems running smoothly and new projects implemented. With his commitment to going the extra mile for customers, he worked his way up to his current position as Manager of Field Services. Having worked his way up through the various levels of system maintenance and project implementation, he has developed a keen insight into the daily working of our clients, and he uses that to continuously refine the level of service his team provides.

Sysops and PMO manager

Ramon Hernandez is a highly accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in sysops management, client services, and IT service desk supervision. Currently holding dual roles as a SysOps Manager and a PMO Manager at HOCS Consulting Inc. With a career spanning over 15 years, he excels in overseeing the performance of a wide range of workstations and servers while effectively managing project management processes. His diverse skill set and understanding of various IT disciplines enable him to work with complex environments, optimize systems, and provide exceptional service to clients.

Chanie is our dedicated Dispatch Manager, with six years of experience here at HOCS. From day one, she played a crucial role in developing the Dispatch Team, building it into the efficient unit it is today. Known for her organized and caring nature, Chanie thrives on challenges, tackling them with determination. Her leadership has been instrumental in driving our operational success.

Service Desk Manager

Nivasa has been with HOCS for over seven years. He has a B.S., in Management Information Systems and fifteen years of IT experience.  At HOCS, he’s worked in both technical and leadership roles as a remote support technician and team lead.  His commitment to a positive client experience and continuously improving service desk operations earned him the promotion to HOCS’ Service Desk Manager.  Nivasa is a self-professed college football and basketball “junkie” who enjoys coaching basketball and attending football games throughout the country.
